Job summary

Zoku offers a Reservations Internship across all properties (Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna and Paris). You will learn from a commercial team, support inquiries, and become the central contact for guests while developing hospitality and communications skills.

You will coordinate reservations, respond to emails and phone inquiries, and gain exposure to online channels and guest relations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Must be a student seeking internship as part of curriculum (MBO+/HBO/college/university).
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
EU resident or valid NL work permit.
Mandatory internship for curriculum; minimum 6 months.
Available full-time; minimum 40 hours per week.
Available to start February 2027.

Responsibilities

Process all incoming requests and manage overnight and group enquiries.
Monitor and control online OTA channels and respond to emails in inboxes.
Communicate daily with future guests and follow-up on bookings by phone.
Support reservations, inquiries and guest communications across all properties.
