YourTalent Consultancy is partnering with a Netherlands-based leader in solar energy to recruit a Senior Solar Operations Manager. You will directly manage project managers, team leaders, planners, logistics and asset management, while overseeing large-scale, complex solar projects.

The role emphasizes improving processes, ensuring revenue and profit targets, and delivering energy solutions across solar parks, rooftop installations, and energy storage systems.

Formación

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Physics is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in installation projects with a strong technical aspect.
• People and process-oriented.
• Experience in solar energy, energy storage, energy management, or sustainability is a plus.
• VCA-Vol certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Possession of a category B driving license.

About you:

• Passionate about technology with a focus on operations in a project-based technical environment.
• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering or Physics is preferred.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in installation projects with a strong technical aspect.

• Experience in solar energy, energy storage, energy management, or sustainability is a plus.

We offer:

• A full-time salary between EUR 6,000 and 7,000 gross per month.
• Potential annual bonus of up to 20,000 based on team revenue.
• Company bonus of up to one month's salary depending on the organization's EBITDA.
• Option for an electric/hybrid company car.
• Flexible working arrangements, with a minimum of two days per week at the Utrecht office.
• 28 days of leave per annum on a full-time basis.
• Work laptop and mobile phone provided.
