Job summary

Arvima in the Netherlands is seeking a Project Manager to guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. You’ll blend technical know-how with strong people skills to manage stakeholders and drive results.

You will lead the Quality & HSSE culture within your team, monitor scope, finance and schedule, and travel up to 20% to meet client needs while maintaining open communication with the client and project body.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (technical preferred).
• Proven organizing and planning skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract documents, standards, safety and environmental regulations, quality plans and specifications.
• Monitor and control scope, project finance and schedule.
• Discuss and challenge the technical requirements with the client and your team.

About the vacancy

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for multiple disciplines, all working together towards a common goal; delivering a project to full satisfaction of our clients: Safely, on time and within budget. You use your experience to guide and motivate your team towards a successful result. You will combine your technical knowledge with your people skills to manage internal and external stake holders, wishes and expectations.
