SkinVision, Amsterdam-based medical device company, is seeking a Head of Operations to own the clinical pathway, oversee support, patient follow-up, internal tooling, and service performance. You will define standards, build scalable processes, and align operations with Product and Commercial teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in operations, proven leadership of teams in regulated environments, and a track record of expanding a function beyond

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated/safety-critical environment with compliance evidence.
• EU MDR handling knowledge and vigilance.
• GDPR for health data and consent management.
• Operational tooling and data: CRM, BI, data modelling, SQL.
• Strong cross-functional communication with technical, clinical, and commercial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction, structure, and budget for Operations.
• Grow the team by hiring and coaching leaders.
• Define standards for safe, audit-ready operations.
• Consolidate operational data across functions for scale and insights.
• Lead human-review processes to balance speed and safety.
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial on input and alignment.
