WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Head of Retail Operations to lead our network of 30 clinics in the Netherlands. You will shape strategic execution, drive performance, and ensure operational excellence across property, clinics and patient experience.

You will build a high-performing team, set clear standards, and translate strategy into actionable plans, while delivering sustainable growth and quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• At least 10 years in retail operations management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Strategic mindset capable of adapting quickly to tactical needs.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate corporate and regional strategy into disciplined operational execution.
• Manage the network's overall operational performance across 30 clinics.
• Optimize costs and drive profitability through data-informed decisions.
• Oversee clinic portfolio to ensure safety, compliance, and brand standards.
• Build and lead a high-performing retail operations team.
