Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years in clinical research; CRA experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigator site management and monitoring for assigned studies.
• Lead site management resources for client and internal study team.
• Ensure monitoring activities comply with study plans, SOPs, GCP/ICH and regulations.
• Provide study-specific training to monitoring teams as appropriate.
• Coordinate status reports on onsite initiations, enrollment, visits, and reports.
