You will drive data-driven decisions, build scalable processes, and lead distributed teams to deliver fast, high-quality outcomes in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership in high-growth startups, e-commerce, or tech-forward supply chains.
• Proven ability to design scalable operations using software, data, and processes.
• Remote-first experience and ability to manage distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success.
• Architect customer journey from quote to delivery with a user-centric focus.
• Lead and scale distributed teams across functions with a high-ownership culture.
• Leverage data, AI, and automation to drive KPIs and throughput.
