Job summary

Toptal is seeking a customer-centric Senior Product Manager to own and drive AI-driven product initiatives on our platform. You will lead a globally distributed team of engineers and collaborate with design and other product managers to deliver high-impact features.

Responsibilities include end-to-end product discovery, defining scope, writing user stories, and using data and user research to guide decisions. Resumes should be in English and remote collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 5 years of software product management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Experience with mobile, desktop, and web apps is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI product development and delivering AI-powered features.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows and system integrations a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data to guide decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication within a global, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build wireframes and mockups; keep solutions simple.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an established agile team, backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing experiences and internal workflows.
• Define scope of new product features and ongoing improvements.
• Write and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Product Managers to launch initiatives.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction.
• Track progress, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to assess opportunities and risks.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to deliver high-impact products.
• Engage with users to inform requirements and specifications.
