Job summary

Bezos.ai is seeking a highly autonomous operator to own a meaningful slice of operations end-to-end. You will build tools, automations and playbooks to scale the network without adding headcount, and ensure tickets are resolved within SLA by reconciling data across systems.

You’ll replace manual work with Claude skills, automations and dashboards, driving operational efficiency and reducing recurring pain across warehouses and carrier partners.

Qualifications

• AI-native experience building autonomous tools, agents or workflows.
• Strong numerical/analytical background with measurable impact.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end problems and deliver.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations slice and build scalable tools.
• Ensure SLA adherence and reconcile data across systems.
• Identify bottlenecks, automate repetitive work, and close gaps.
• Collaborate with partners to meet SLAs and improve processes.
