Job summary

Creative Clicks is seeking an Operations Manager to own Client Operations across markets, aligning processes with local rules and client expectations. You’ll resolve complex issues, partner with Product/Tech, and craft AI-powered workflows for scalable success.

You will start as an autonomous contributor with potential to build and lead a team, ensuring client trust and operational excellence across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in customer success, operations, client operations, or a similar client-facing function.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience operating across multiple markets, regulatory environments, logistics networks, or different consumer expectations.
• Proven track record owning complex issues end to end across channels and issue types.
• Fluent English and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate before the start date.

Responsibilities

• Own Client Operations across markets, adapting processes to local regulations and expectations.
• Triage issues quickly and drive cases through to resolution.
• Own refund and compensation decisions, documented and aligned with consumer requirements.
• Ensure clients feel heard and supported in every interaction.
• Build a scalable operational model to support new markets as the company grows.
• Monitor fulfilment workflows and manage relationships with carriers and partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to escalate and resolve platform issues.
• Lead and enable AI-powered support workflows and continuous improvements.
• Create and maintain playbooks, escalation paths, and scalable processes.
