Job summary

Jobgether in the Netherlands seeks a Team Lead for Human Data Operations - Post Training to guide a distributed team responsible for creating and evaluating high-quality data for AI systems. You will own quality, delivery, and data strategies while coaching AI Tutors and coordinating with data managers and engineering.

The role emphasizes initiative, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration in a fast-moving, engineering-focused environment with remote work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training or evaluation in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and guideline-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data quality impact on model performance.
• Strong command of project management tools such as Notion, Axiom, JIRA or Linear.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams in data labeling or related ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors.
• Participate in labeling, annotation, and review activities to maintain quality.
• Establish guideline adherence, taxonomy management, and QA processes.
• Monitor KPIs such as quality scores and throughput.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Create and deliver training materials and certification tasks.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering.
• Translate model requirements into clear labeling strategies and guidelines.
• Develop team capabilities and maintain a high-performing culture.
