As Head of Engineering, you will lead 15+ leads and developers, report to the CTO, and shape engineering culture while driving delivery across engineering, DevOps and data in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in scale-ups or startups.
• Ability to develop leadership within the team and manage cross-functional engineering, DevOps and data.
• Strong communication of a clear vision and decisive decision-making.
