• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence influencing senior business and IT leaders and translating strategy into delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data and AI IT strategy for commercial functions.
• Directly manage 3-6 engineers in Data & AI.
• Lead delivery of cross-functional Data and AI use cases.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of engineers.
• Drive design of interoperable data products for a global data platform.
• Establish governance and architecture standards for quality and compliance.
• Connect business stakeholders with central IT.
• Promote data literacy and AI adoption.
