This is a senior leadership role where you can shape how Data and AI drive real commercial impact. You will sit at the intersection of technology and business, building scalable data products and AI solutions that support end to end decision making across commercial functions. • Defining and executing the Data and AI IT strategy for commercial functions such as marketing, sales, service, and logistics.
• Direct line management to 3-6 engineers (Data & AI)
• Leading the delivery of cross functional Data and AI use cases that generate measurable business value.
• Building and managing a high performing team of engineers, providing technical leadership, coaching, and clear delivery direction.
• Driving the design of interoperable data products that integrate seamlessly with a global data platform.
• Establishing strong governance, architecture standards, and delivery processes to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Acting as a connector between business stakeholders and central IT, ensuring alignment on roadmaps, priorities, and ways of working.
• Promoting data literacy and AI adoption through enablement, training, and community building.
