BRAINBiocatalysts is seeking a customer service lead to drive the Nieuwkuijk team and ensure smooth order handling from receipt to despatch. You will oversee export logistics compliance and liaise with Cardiff to share knowledge across sites.

At least 1 year in customer service, strong logistics understanding, and a customer-centric mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced role based at our Nieuwkuijk site in the Netherlands.

Formación

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience as a Team Lead.
• Robust knowledge of logistics requirements.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong customer focus and clear voice of the customer.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead for Nieuwkuijk Customer service team
• Subject matter owner for export logistic compliance including Health Certificates
• Coordinating with Cardiff Customer Service for knowledge sharing and cross site support
• Managing and developing all Customer Service reporting needs
• Support Divisional Customer Service and Logistics Manager driving order to ship processes
• Interact directly with our customer base to receive and input orders into Odoo
• Provide customers with order acknowledgements, despatch and delivery information
• Manage order related queries in a timely manner by email and telephone
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
