Job summary

Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is seeking a Director of Customer & Growth Data & Analytics to shape how we understand and influence customer behaviour across markets. You will lead analytics, data science and product analytics teams to drive acquisition, engagement and long-term growth.

Reporting to the Global VP of Data & Analytics, you will partner with Growth, Product, Technology and market teams to deliver AI-powered insights, scalable products and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading advanced analytics, data science and intelligence functions within digital/ecommerce/growth-focused organisations.
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour, marketing effectiveness and growth drivers with ability to translate insight into commercial impact.
• Experience building and scaling AI, machine learning and predictive analytics capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer & Growth Data & Analytics strategy and execution across markets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product and Technology to align priorities, roadmaps and objectives.
• Build and evolve customer intelligence frameworks covering segmentation, retention, lifecycle performance, personalisation and customer value.
• Lead Product Analytics for the Customer & Growth domain enabling evidence-based decisions across product strategy and feature development.
• Drive AI-enabled analytics and automation initiatives to accelerate insight generation.
• Develop scalable analytical products, predictive models and measurement frameworks for acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Own experimentation, attribution and incrementality measurement with trusted outcomes guiding investments.
• Embed real-time decisioning and personalisation to improve customer experiences at critical moments.
• Champion data quality, governance, privacy-first analytics and first-party data strategies.
