Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Director of Digital Expansion (Partner Growth) to run and evolve the Partner Growth Center. You will lead AI-first self-service, agentic and CRM journeys for hundreds of thousands of partners and coordinate with sales and partner services to drive growth at global scale.

You will oversee day-to-day operations and the teams building the AI-powered infrastructure behind it, enabling scalable partner success and strong governance.

Formación

• Senior track record building and running digital channels and infrastructure at scale, including AI-driven, agentic and self-service.
• Experience with AI-enabled partner growth and CRM journeys.
• Proven ability to partner with Product & Tech on roadmaps and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee omnichannel infrastructure design and process teams, ensuring a single connected system with AI across Partner Hub, agentic channels, sales, partner service and CRM.
• Set direction for partner growth and success at scale using AI and automation with personalized experiences.
• Build and scale the Partner Growth Engine with next-best-action algorithms and health models.
• Oversee agentic operations and continuous agent improvement, ensuring quality, governance and retraining of AI agents.
• Lead and develop a team of managers across Omnichannel, Agent Operations and Digital Growth, managing budget and resources.
