Lleverage, Amsterdam-based, seeks a driven Partner Director to design and own the partner motion from day one. You’ll identify, train, activate, and govern partners across the Netherlands, the UK, and Germany, turning relationships into a repeatable revenue engine.

Qualifikationen

• You have built partnerships or channels in SaaS/AI environments.
• You are a builder who creates new motion from scratch.
• You can operate solo for the first year.
• You speak English and Dutch; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own the full partner motion: find, sign, train, activate, and govern partners.
• Design the program: tiers, enablement, incentives, onboarding and support.
• Grow partner revenue to become a repeatable business lever.
• Work with a broad spectrum of partners from referrals to large SIs/consultancies.
• Enable partners on the product so they can position, sell, and deliver our agents.
• Own partner marketing and communication with GTM support.
• Be the first point of contact for every partner and build trust.
• Go international: pilot in NL, then UK and Germany.
• Collaborate with the founding team to align targets and strategy.
• Build and lead the partnerships team once motion is proven.
