Job summary

OSI Europe is seeking a Line Leader to manage the daily operation of a production line, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality. You will lead a team of operators, support them during the shift, and help solve issues on the line.

Responsibilities include meeting production targets, maintaining product quality and records, and keeping the area clean and safe. Dutch/English proficiency and a valid Netherlands work permit are required.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level.
• Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5:30–15:00 and 15:00–23:30).
• A valid working permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production employees and operators.
• Make sure production targets are met.
• Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure correct product labels and production records.
• Solve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems.
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
• Look for ways to improve the production process.
