Job summary

OSI International Holding GmbH seeks a Line Leader for our Henri van de Bilt plant in Beuningen. You will oversee the daily operation of a production line, lead a team of operators, ensure safety, quality, and on-time production, and resolve issues as they arise.

You will contribute to process improvements, maintain records, and ensure labels and documentation meet standards. Dutch and/or English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• MBO Level 3 education or equivalent required.
• Experience in production or food manufacturing.
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production employees and operators.
• Ensure production targets are met.
• Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure correct product labels and production records.
• Resolve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems.

Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Line Leader (m/f/d).

What your job includes

As a Line Leader, you are responsible for the daily operation of a production line. You make sure production runs safely, on time, and according to quality standards. You lead a team of operators, support them during the shift, and help solve any issues on the line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production employees and operators
• Make sure production targets are met
• Check product quality, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards
• Ensure correct product labels and production records
• Solve minor machine or production issues and report larger problems
• Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized
• Look for ways to improve the production process

What we expect from you

• MBO Level 3 working and thinking level
• Experience in a production or food manufacturing environment
• Experience as a team leader or supervisor is an advantage
• Knowledge of HACCP is a plus
• Good communication skills
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system (5:30-15:00 and 15:00-23:30)
• A valid working permit for the Netherlands
