Job summary

Durabel Recruitment B.V. in Horst is seeking an Operator / Assistant Working Foreman to join a production team. You will operate and adjust machines, support colleagues, and help supervise operations with an eye toward advancement into leadership.

The role requires MBO level 3/4, production experience (food production a plus), and strong initiative. Dutch and/or English language skills are essential; a competitive salary and extensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3/4 education or equivalent.
• Production experience; food production is a plus.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Take initiative and responsibility.
• Ability to oversee and switch between tasks.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust machines.
• Identify and fix minor malfunctions.
• Supply raw materials and assist production.
• Monitor quality, safety and output.
• Inspect finished products including labeling and quantities.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate production processes when needed.
• Supervise colleagues in the absence of the Working Foreman.
