Job summary

Flowserve Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic facilities professional for our Etten‑Leur campus. The role combines coordinating external contractors with hands‑on maintenance, ensuring smooth operations of buildings, installations and transport equipment.

You will manage planned activities, respond to fault reports, and prioritize tasks while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. A Dutch and English–fluent candidate with MS Office skills and a valid B license is preferred.

Qualifications

• MBO level 3 or 4 diploma in facility management or building construction/engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office.
• A valid driver’s license (Category B) and living within a 25 km radius of Etten-Leur.
• Proactive, assertive, communicative, helpful, and dedicated.
• Good command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• A positive and energetic personality looking for a varied job with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• 30% coordinating and managing work and external contractors.
• 70% hands-on work.
• Handle planned activities and coordinate them, updating the central maintenance schedule.
• Process (fault) reports related to buildings, building installations, sites, and transport equipment through the facility service desk.
• Switch between tasks and set priorities.
• Be on-site within a reasonable time in case of calls outside working hours.
