Job summary

The July BOAT&CO in Amsterdam is seeking a Guest Service Pro to join the Front Office team. This role offers full-time or part-time hours, with two shifts from 07:00 to 23:00, aimed at welcoming guests and creating memorable stays.

As the first point of contact, you will share insider tips of Amsterdam, coordinate with housekeeping, technical services, F&B and duty management, and build lasting connections with long-stay guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel reception is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Attend front office team meetings and brainstorm guest surprises.
• Make guests feel special with personalized touches.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, technical services, F&B and duty management.
• Be the first point of contact and share Amsterdam tips to guests.
• Build connections with long-stay guests and create a homely stay.
