Job summary

nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead and inspire the guest services team. You will be the beating heart of guest-related activity, shaping the guest journey from first hello through post-check-out, with site inspections as a magical touchpoint.

Fluency in English and at least two years of international hospitality experience are required. You will coach your team, uphold high standards, and collaborate with the Management Team to turn guest connections into sales while

• Two years of relevant international experience in a similar guest relations role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for hospitality and ability to create unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Guest Relations team and inspire excellence.
• Own the guest journey from first hello to post-check-out, including site inspections.
• Provide VIP guest experiences and coach the team to grow.
• Ensure clear communication inside nhow Rotterdam and beyond the doors.
• Maintain high quality standards and contribute to nhow Rotterdam's direction as part of the Management Team.
• Identify opportunities to turn guest connections into potential sales.
