nhow Rotterdam is seeking a Guest Relations Manager to lead the Guest Relations team in delivering distinctive hospitality experiences. You will oversee every guest touchpoint, from first greeting to post-checkout, ensuring service excellence in a bold, art-inspired hotel environment.

You will coach staff, maintain high quality standards, and collaborate with management to shape nhow Rotterdam's guest journey while driving guest loyalty and potential sales opportunities.
