nhow Rotterdam is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Employee for on-call shifts in Rotterdam. You will help set up coffee machines, prep for service, take guest orders, and assist with room service when needed. The role is part of the vibrant nhow team in a design-forward hotel.

Ideal candidates live in Rotterdam or nearby, can work early mornings and weekends, and bring a genuine passion for hospitality. English fluency is preferred; Dutch is a plus. Training and development opportunities are offered.

What part will you play in creating the unforgettable?

06:15You arrive, with a cup of coffee, at the Food and Beverage office for the handover with the morning shift supervisor.

06:30Start with the set up of coffee machines, preparing restaurant for service and doing the mise en place.

07:00Last check that everything is clear and ready and the restaurant can open its doors. From this moment, you may be also helping guests ordering room service.

09:00The peak of the service is starting and you are busy with clearing and re-setting tables, refilling coffee/ tea stations, serving room service and chatting with guests.

11:00This is the time for lunch with your colleagues in our cantine where a fresh lunch is prepared by our chefs.

12:00You clear up the restaurant and prepare for the following day. All is to be refilled, clean, and ready to go for the following day.

14:30You enjoy your last coffee/ tea and wait for your team to leave home together.

• You currently live in Rotterdam or the surrounding area and are available to work early morning shifts, including weekends.

You are passionate about hospitality and love making guests feel welcome. Creating a stunning first impression of nhow Rotterdam is what puts a smile on your face.

• You are enthusiastic, flexible, proactive, results-driven and stress resilient. Relevant (international) work experience as waiter in a restaurant or in the upscale hospitality industry is an advantage.
