Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam invites motivated students to join our Guest Relations team for an internship in the historic heart of Amsterdam. You will be a friendly touchpoint for guests, ensuring memorable stays and delivering the extraordinary Tivoli experience.

You will collaborate across departments, learn from our team, and gain insight into daily hotel operations while showcasing local city knowledge and guest-first hospitality.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled as a student.
• You have charisma and guest-facing presence.
• You are creative with an eye for detail.
• Going the extra mile makes you happy.
• Confident and able to resolve complaints.
• Knowledge of the city and local recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for guests, especially VIPs, and for events.
• Inspire colleagues with new ideas and improve work processes.
• Give hotel and city tours to potential guests.
• Resolve complaints and maintain extraordinary guest experiences.
