Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is exceptional.
• Create unforgettable guest experiences and surprise guests with delightful touches.
• Upsell guest services to enhance stays and drive revenue.
• Prepare for VIP arrivals and generate daily reports.
• Master Opera Cloud operations.
• Act as the main contact for ALL loyalty program members.
• Assist the front desk with check‑ins and check‑outs as needed.

Skills

Solid command of English
