Job summary

Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam is seeking an Intern Food & Beverage to join its guest-focused team in the historic heart of Amsterdam. You will learn to work across the Food & Beverage department and, after training, operate independently in one or more outlets, helping prepare restaurants and meeting rooms.

You are a student with an enthusiastic personality and a love of good food, with an eye for detail, flexibility, and solid English.

Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam hotel is one of Amsterdam's oldest and finest five‑star hotels. This beautiful building dates back to the 17th century and is located on the banks of the Amstel River, in the historic heart of Amsterdam. Your Key Contributions to Memorable Stays

As an Intern Food & Beverage you will learn to work all-round within the Food & Beverage department. You are (partly) responsible for providing a wonderful experience for every hotel guest. After a training period, you will work independently in one or more of our Food & Beverage departments. You will help in the service and keep close contact with our guests, you will prepare the restaurants and/or meeting rooms for the arrival of guests, and you will maintain close contact with other departments, for example, with the kitchen, with stewarding, and with the front office. Furthermore, with your refreshing eye for detail, you are always looking for improvements.
