Job summary

lululemon in Amsterdam is seeking a Key Leader to guide the sales floor, support Educators, and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will drive operations, coach teams, and use store metrics to prioritize daily actions.

You will lead by example, foster an inclusive, collaborative environment, and ensure smooth omnichannel execution while upholding lululemon’s standards and values in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and comply with local requirements (EMEA).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support Educators, overseeing store floor operations.
• Provide exceptional guest experience and coaching for team members.
• Review data and metrics to adjust priorities and improve performance.
