Job summary

Vuori in Amsterdam is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering a memorable customer experience and upholding Vuori’s brand standards through product knowledge and a positive attitude. You’ll work under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to supervise the floor and drive performance.

You will own day-to-day store operations, motivate the team to hit sales goals, and develop product knowledge to become the store expert, ensuring excellent service

Qualifications

• Full time availability for morning and/or evening shifts, including weekends.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert with focus on creating experiences and developing relationships with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Engage customers about product details, new product and replenishment; invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well; share with customers and team.
• Lead the team on the day-to-day operations of the store when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not in.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek product knowledge in fashion to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Lead the team in completing projects while focusing on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal.
