Job summary

ON in Amsterdam is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to guide our retail team, drive sales performance, and mentor Store Advisors. You will manage inventory, execute visual merchandising plans, and contribute ideas to improve store processes for a premium customer experience.

You will lead by example, oversee openings/closings, and collaborate across teams to ensure high standards and a welcoming, efficient shopping environment in our flagship store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail.
• Experience in Running, Fashion or Sports is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and quick to learn; able to work independently and in teams.
• Strong eye for visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Brand Champion: embody brand values in every interaction with customers.
• Team Leadership: supervise and mentor Store Advisors; manage daily zoning and opening/closing.
• Product and Brand Expertise: maintain knowledge of product specs and company initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: assist inventory tasks and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Operational Support: serve as IT/facilities liaison; basic troubleshooting of store systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with store leadership to improve performance.
