Job summary

The Social Hub invites an experienced Rooms Division Manager in Rotterdam to lead Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, shaping every guest touchpoint from arrival to departure. You’ll mentor managers, foster a culture of curiosity and collaboration, and drive the Rooms experience across short and long stays within a hybrid hospitality model.

You’ll partner with F&B, Membership and Commercial teams to innovate operations, while maintaining service excellence and a high-energy atmosphere

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hotel experience with leadership in Rooms or Front Office
• Background in hospitality management or related field
• Experience leading large teams and maintaining high energy
• Strong communication in English and local language
• Creative mindset turning challenges into guest-focused solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Rooms teams: Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance
• Coach managers and supervisors to grow confidence and skills
• Foster a culture of curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement
• Drive the full Rooms experience with thoughtful, smooth touchpoints
• Shape local guest experience strategies and contribute to bigger-picture ideas
• Collaborate with F&B, Membership and Commercial to streamline operations
• Respond to guest feedback with care and turn insights into smarter work
• Monitor budgets, performance and opportunities to boost quality and revenue
