Job summary

Hotel Co 51 Germany GmbH, operating under the Moxy brand, seeks a lively hospitality team member to help guests, manage check-ins/outs, and run F&B operations with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will work in a fast-paced service environment, coordinate with crew leaders, and promote the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience within the service industry.
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws.
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Helping guests and creating positive experiences.
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way.
• Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way.
• Manage all bills and payments correctly.
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas.
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
• Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders.
• Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program.
