Job summary

CIC Rotterdam is seeking a true host to be the welcoming first face for members, guests, and vendors, reporting to the Manager Operations as part of the Community Team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing front desk tasks solo at times and collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth CIC experience.

Requirements include a degree or equivalent front desk experience, fluency in English and Dutch, and willingness to work 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with occasional evenings.

Qualifications

• MBO or bachelor’s degree or equivalent front desk experience and at least 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming first face for CIC members, guests, and vendors.
• Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area and assist with mail and packages.
• Support Events and Sales teams with room bookings and scheduling.
• Provide hospitality-driven service and build genuine connections with visitors and clients.
