StudentJob is seeking a Hospitality Staff member to join our new Rotterdam hotel as we open in October. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, personalized service across day and night shifts.

Ideal candidates bring hotel industry experience, are night-shift oriented, reliable, and fluent in Dutch and English. You’ll work in a fast-growing hospitality group committed to Lean Luxury and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in the hotel industry and familiarity with hospitality terminology.
• Night-shift oriented and available for night shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking, and eager to learn.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary guest liaison from arrival to departure.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks, and snacks quickly while maintaining standards.
• Assist with breakfast setup and dining area readiness for the next day.
• Oversee nighttime operations and safeguard the property.
• Handle day-end closing procedures with accuracy.
• Provide local recommendations and highlight city hotspots.
