Job summary

CIC Rotterdam seeks a friendly, organized front desk host to greet guests and clients, manage the reception area, and support events and sales teams. You will join the Community Team and report to the Manager of Operations, working primarily on-site in Rotterdam.

The role requires hospitality aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to build rapport with visitors, vendors, and staff while keeping the reception area welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

• MBO or bachelor’s degree or equivalent front desk experience.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
• Flexible to work between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM for a full-time schedule.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and clients as the first face of CIC Rotterdam.
• Manage reception tasks and assist guests with inquiries.
• Coordinate with Events and Sales teams for meetings and room bookings.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with mail/packages processing and mailroom organization.
• Support daily operations with cross-training and teamwork.
