Job summary

Mama Shelter is seeking a Head of Front Office to lead and coordinate the Front Office team within our Amsterdam property. You will ensure a warm, personalized welcome and seamless interactions across all hours, maintaining Mama’s vibrant guest experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, drive sales and occupancy, handle guest issues, and collaborate with Management to promote Mama services, shop, restaurant and events.

Qualifications

• Leadership required to head the Front Office team.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop talent.
• Strong customer relation and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, lead & coordinate the Front Office team.
• Act as direct spokesperson between staff, team and Management.
• Manage and resolve guest issues and complaints to retain customers.
• Involve in marketing of Mama services, shop, restaurant and events.
• Ensure the customer experience is perfect and consistent.
