Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking a motivated and analytical GTM Strategy & Operations Intern to support our commercial, product and internal teams. You'll help build processes, track data, and turn insights into actionable decisions, with a strong focus on AI and our tools.

This is a fast-paced, global fintech internship offering hands-on experience. Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree, comfortable with AI tools, and skilled in Google Workspace; you’ll collaborate across

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering) and available for a 4–8 month internship period.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and design scalable processes.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) day to day to work faster and smarter.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Google Sheets/Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
• A proactive and curious mindset - you're not afraid to ask questions and dig into problems.

Responsibilities

• Build better ways of working: design new processes, playbooks and AI agents or workflows that become the team's standard.
• Turn data into decisions: keep data correct and up to date, then turn it into reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Drive efficiency: move GTM teams faster and cut friction using tools like HubSpot, Gong, Jira and AI tools.
• Track projects and OKRs: maintain project trackers and timelines for cross‑functional initiatives and quarterly OKR reporting.
• Be a connector: collaborate across teams to simplify tasks and enable focus on the bigger picture.
