Job summary

Nebius is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own a core product stream within the NebiusToken Factory, driving end-to-end delivery from roadmap to adoption. You’ll collaborate with engineering and research to enable large-scale AI inference, and support PoCs, onboarding, and customer enablement.

You will work in a fast-moving, international environment with hybrid options from Amsterdam or remote from the UK, focusing on building high-impact AI workloads and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience shipping technical products.
• Experience coordinating with 10–15+ cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on product operator with cloud-native, DevOps, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Excellent execution and project management with roadmaps and sprints.
• Outstanding communication for PRDs, RFCs, and release notes.
• Technical fluency to align with engineering.
• B2B SaaS experience with enterprise customers.
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on AI strategy.
• Bias toward action with end-to-end problem ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, delivery and developer experience for one of our flagship product direction - Dedicated Endpoints for AI Models Inference.
• Partner with engineering and research to design tools that let customers run large-scale, high-load inference workloads efficiently.
• Support sales & customers by preparing materials, leading PoCs/betas, and ensuring smooth onboarding of complex workloads.
• Drive product–market fit through continuous user research, customer interviews, and market & competitive analysis.
• Manage technical partnerships and ensure integrations deliver measurable value despite limited resources.
