Job summary

Kramp Groep B.V. is seeking a Performance Management Lead within People & Culture to strengthen performance and growth culture across Europe.

You will drive the PM agenda, connect strategy to team and individual goals, and embed processes and systems that support meaningful performance and development conversations. The role requires building capability across managers, employees and HR, working with HR partners, Rewards and Learning & Development, and delivering data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Performance Management in an HR function within an international organisation.
• Experience implementing goal setting, cascading, feedback and development conversations.
• Ability to translate a PM approach into practical processes and systems (Workday or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management across countries and HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Kramp’s performance and growth culture across Europe.
• Lead and embed the Performance Management agenda across Kramp.
• Ensure systems and processes enable the PM approach.
• Collaborate with HR, Rewards, Talent Succession and Learning & Development to connect PM with broader OD.
• Translate strategy into clear goals and development conversations.
