Kramp is looking for a Product Practice Lead to design and lead portfolio and product management processes for our product organisation. You will translate strategic vision into actionable OKRs, coordinating long-term priorities with day‑to‑day delivery across multiple squads.

Reporting to the Head of Portfolio Management within Corporate Development, you will standardise tools and frameworks, lead PI planning, manage dependencies, and uplift product management practices across Kramp's European

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management leadership and uplifting product practices across organizations.
• Comfortable communicating at strategic and execution levels, translating vision into delivery.
• Structured, pragmatic approach to defining frameworks and tools and ensuring adoption.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine standard product management tools and frameworks across teams.
• Lead PI planning sessions, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement cycles.
• Uplift product management practices and ensure alignment between strategy, portfolio, and execution.
• Facilitate cross‑team alignment sessions and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
