Job summary

GTM Talent is seeking a proactive early-career professional to boost our VC partnerships and expand a thriving referral network across Europe. You’ll help shape events and content that highlight successful placements, while growing our influencer and investor connections.

You’ll work closely with founders and investors, using AI tools to scale outreach and build a profitable service business. Travel to key events across Europe is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Early in your career (0–3 years) in consulting, venture, startup, or related.
• Comfortable engaging with founders and investors and adapting the message accordingly.
• Self-driven with a plan-first mindset and adaptable work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Turn investor relationships into formal VC partnerships and share case studies and benchmarks.
• Grow and manage a network of referral partners across the startup ecosystem.
• Attend and shape events, dinners, and gatherings to drive follow-up conversations.
• Support founder-led content on LinkedIn and other channels with placements case studies.
• Leverage warm introductions and test new outreach approaches, including video.
• Collaborate with AI tools to operate efficiently as a small team.
