Job summary

Treatwell is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive core B2B growth and launch new acquisition channels across 14 countries from Amsterdam. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution as an individual contributor owning critical business-level projects.

You will test and scale new B2B channels beyond performance marketing, partner with executives, data, product, and sales to align growth loops with business goals, and relentlessly apply data-driven experimentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on B2B Marketing or Growth experience in the Tech sector (mandatory).
• Highly Data driven with an ability to dive deep into complex datasets to build high-converting growth solutions.
• Growth mindset: tests hypotheses fast to unlock new acquisition channels.
• Execution & delivery mindset: a doer who can execute strategically.
• Structured yet scrappy: manage cross-functional projects while testing new tactics.
• Languages: English fluency is mandatory; any other European language is a plus.

Positioned at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, you will operate as an individual contributor taking ownership of critical business-level projects and non-programmatic B2B growth loops across 14 countries.

You will be responsible for:

• Strategic & High-Impact Projects: Partner with the Executive team, Data, and Finance to solve complex business challenges, turning deep data insights into flawless execution across markets.
• New B2B Channel Scaling: Test, validate, and scale incremental B2B acquisition channels outside performance marketing (e.g., B2B Referral programs, seamless self-signups flow, etc.)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Executive leadership, Data, Finance, Product, and Sales enablement to align growth loops with business unit goals.

About you:

• Tech experience: 7+ years of hands-on B2B Marketing or Growth experience in the Tech sector (mandatory). Marketplace or SaaS background is a strong plus.
• Highly Data driven: Exceptional analytical rigor with a proven track record of diving deep into complex datasets to build logical, high-converting growth solutions.
• Growth mindset: Naturally inclined to challenge assumptions, look for hacks, testing hypotheses fast to unlock new incremental acquisition channels.
• Execution & Delivery Mindset: A true “doer” who thrives on delivery; someone who brings both the strategic brain and the hands-on drive to execute directly.
• Structured yet Scrappy: Highly structured in managing complex cross-functional projects, yet scrappy and agile when testing new growth tactics.
• Languages: English fluency is mandatory. Any other European language is a plus.
