Job summary

Optics11 is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth marketing and demand generation for its Underwater Security business. You will drive ABM programs, content-led campaigns, and integrated digital initiatives to build qualified pipeline.

In this senior B2B role, you will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Events to convert market interest into engagement and opportunities, while optimizing HubSpot workflows and reporting across the marketing stack.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B growth marketing with end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience with ABM and sales collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech topics into clear content.
• Experience with HubSpot workflows, scoring, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute growth, demand gen, and ABM strategy.
• Build campaigns around priority accounts and buying stages.
• Lead campaigns end to end from concept to scaling.
• Develop integrated campaigns across content, LinkedIn, email, webinars, pages, and events.
• Own content marketing with Product/Engineering/Sales alignment.
• Optimize customer journey from first touch to qualified opportunity.
• Own HubSpot with scoring, workflows, nurture, lifecycle, reporting.
• Drive website conversions, organic and paid LinkedIn, SEO.
• Measure engagement and pipeline; improve based on insights.
• Manage agencies and external partners.
