Optics11 in Amsterdam is seeking a Capture Manager to lead strategic pursuits with navies, ministries of defense, primes and European/NATO partners. You will own win strategy, teaming plans and price-to-win insights throughout multi-stakeholder bids.

The role requires deep defense market understanding, strong customer engagement, and the ability to shape requirements before tender release. You will coordinate with the Bid & Capture Management team within Global Sales.

Qualificações

• Experience in defense business development or capture of large international programmes.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently (NATO/European scope).
• Ability to shape requirements and identify teaming opportunities with primes and system integrators.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and qualify strategic pursuits across national procurement and NATO programmes.
• Develop and own the capture plan and win themes for opportunities crossing borders.
• Shape customer requirements and influence procurement routes to improve win probability.
• Lead pricing discussions and align with finance to support the price-to-win.
• Coordinate teaming and partner strategies with primes, integrators and local partners.
• Own the bid/no-bid decision and hand over a complete capture plan to the Bid Manager.
• Deliver post-award debriefs and drive continuous capture capability improvement.
