Caseware is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel demand generation and nurture programs. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth across the accounting sector.

You will design targeted campaigns, leverage data-driven insights, and own lifecycle marketing from lead to retention. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, analytics, and collaboration in a global FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demand generation experience in B2B software/SaaS.
• Proven success in growth marketing with measurable pipeline impact.
• Experience reporting on pipeline, ROI, and key KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract qualified leads.
• Design campaigns for acquisition and expansion to support growth.
• Leverage nurturing, segmentation, and content strategies for buyer journeys.
• Collaborate with creative, product marketing and marketing operations to drive pipeline.
• Own lead generation, nurture flows, and lifecycle marketing programs with data-driven optimization.
• Align with Sales on target accounts, lead criteria, and campaign performance feedback.
• Use data and marketing automation to segment audiences and track ROI.
• Create assets tailored to buyer personas and journey stages.
• Monitor performance metrics and iterate to improve conversions and pipeline contribution.
• Identify new opportunities for pipeline acceleration and customer growth.
