Job summary

Socials is a fast-growing startup focused on building a student ecosystem for housing and growth. We seek a Growth & Marketing Executive to own the Socials.Homes growth engine, from strategy to execution, and to drive subscriber and revenue growth across channels.

You will report to the CEO, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own the marketing direction end-to-end. This hands-on role requires leadership, data-driven decisions, and a drive to scale with the founders.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Based in the Netherlands and able to come to Rotterdam office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy for Socials.Homes and drive active subscribers and revenue.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels.
• Build and improve the funnel from first click to paying member.
• Test, measure, and iterate to optimize results.
• Lead branding strategy and guide social media management for organic growth.
• Collaborate with product to improve funnel and conversion rates on landing pages.
• Work with Facebook Marketing team to translate plans into results.
• Spot new growth and business development opportunities and act.
• Bring ideas, take ownership, and move fast.
