Job summary

Somnox is seeking a hands-on growth and marketing executor based in Rotterdam. You will own the marketing backlog, connect the founder with agencies and freelancers, and ensure campaigns across paid media, CRM/email, and CRO stay on brand and ship on schedule.

Starting with NL/BE, you will drive disciplined execution, set clear priorities, and prepare to scale into Sweden, Denmark, and beyond as the growth engine of the company.

Qualifications

• Experience turning founder/director ideas into executable marketing plans.
• Proven ability to direct paid media, CRM/email marketing, and CRO through external partners.
• Strong track record of delivering cohesive brand experiences across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the marketing backlog and turn ideas into execution.
• Coordinate between the founder, internal team, and agencies/freelancers to ship consistent branding.
• Direct paid social, search, email/CRM, and CRO for NL/BE with agency briefs and quality checks.
• Lead expansion into Sweden and Denmark when timing allows, then broader Europe.
• Ensure speed without sacrificing quality and brand integrity.
• Report progress to the CEO and align with cross-functional teams.
