Job summary

HousApp is looking for its first dedicated marketer to own brand, content, social, and events while building the demand engine from scratch. You will report to the CMO and shape how agents discover and choose HousApp, driving growth across the Netherlands.

You’ll own end-to-end marketing, learning quickly, with equity and a major product launch on the horizon. This role requires hands-on creative marketing and the ability to work from Amsterdam Zuid.

Qualifications

• Has one to three years of marketing experience (tech or startups is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with creative marketing, like building a brand or creating content.
• Works fast and independently, without waiting for direction.
• Uses AI tools in day-to-day work to get more done.
• Writes naturally in Dutch and is fluent in English.
• Can work regularly from our Amsterdam Zuid office.

Responsibilities

• Own brand, content, social, and events for HousApp.
• Build the demand engine end to end: acquire new customers, grow existing ones, and reactivate dormant ones.
• Shape how agents discover HousApp, why they’re sold before a sales conversation, and how the brand grows across the Netherlands.
